Rankup issue

I just finsihed carina and incursions, but accidentally use generic 2-3 on JJJ instead of saga rankup, sent a ticket, On average how long does it take for an issue like this to be solved? Also if anyone can help me i have a question on villan ordeal run: could a r3 JJJ r4 onslaught, r4 r3 titantia and r4 sinister do it?

So... Nothing that Support can do for you.

They only can do a reversal with things we buy and dont use

Pretty sure if you just used the gem & didn't put any iso in, it should be able to be reversed. As for time frame, probably 2/3 days considering the weekend & who knows how many other tickets people have sent

WRONG.

If you haven’t done anything else to them, or used them, they most definitely they can reverse the wrong Rank-Up Gem usage.

But even if you've Leveled up and used them after, because it is just a request to CHANGE WHICH Gem it is that was used, I think they may (maybe) even do that for you (since it's still the same champ, just different Gem, unlike cases where it was the wrong champ but used that champ before asking for reversal).

When i spend some units by mistake, I send a ticket to support and in two or three hours they return me the units and they eliminated the items of the purchase.
