Basically everyone in the alliance just do their best score and the whales can choose to upgrade whichever podiums they choose in the entire alliance

Or all 150 podiums if you are whale enough

I thought you can only upgrade your own podiums until I clicked on my members podiums

Realized that very first time Ally Coliseum was around.

When they game us a ton of FREE Podium Upgrades to use.

Those that weren’t playing at all could just pop theirs onto teammates podiums who actually were playing.

Or also, because the higher you take a podium, the LESS cost effective it is (increases by same flat multiplier each time, but takes escalatingly higher # of podium rankups to do it), people could make sure that those playing had their lowest podiums ranked up to at least 2 or 3. Instead of continuing to take your own up higher to like 5 or 6, etc.
