It was definitely over 30 minutes bud. Ask around, maybe 35, but im 100% sure not before then :)

I had it after 22. Someone else on the forums said they had it after 17. So no. Probably just needed to restart your game.

Not justifying anything. It should've launched at 2. But we've been around this game long enough to expect stupid things to happen. Don't out-stupid the stupid things Kabam manages to make happen.
