Units disappeared

Hello everyone,

I logged in yesterday and saw that almost all my units were gone, only 8 remaining out of at least a couple of hundred. Not the biggest deal, but would be nice to get them back for my ordeal push (ran out so have been grinding arenas).

Tried to make a request to support, but can’t log in to their help desk portal (I know the log in is correct), and seems impossible to reset the password through there.

Any words of advice of how to fix this? 😅

Did the merc you hired use all your units? They don't just disappear.

I honestly don’t know where they went, so just wanted to know if someone else experienced the same problem. Someone did make a post yesterday about the same issue, so apparently I’m not alone.

In basically all cases, it's an accidental purchase. Submit a ticket to Kabam and they can see what, if anything, you purchased, and possibly reverse it depending on the scenario.

Yeah I get that’s a probable cause. Been looking through my account and can’t seem to find any new items/crytsals etc.

but I’ve made a ticket now, thanks for the help!

Were you recently on that leftmost featured crystals page, and thought you were using the Side Quest Shards for that 2nd listed crystal, but instead pressed to buy the upper listed crystal which cost units instead.

And opened them after, so no current unopened crystals. You got what you got, but didn’t realize they were the wrong crystal ?
