This is why everyone is disgusted by ascension

This right here. I’ve had to pull 240 crystals for 2 ascensions. Literally it was the last crystal on grace both times for an ascension and I pulled this junk twice now. Do better kabam. 240 crystals for 2 ascensions of Mr junktastic.

This is how any new rarity starts out (yes, ascension is just a different version of 8 stars)

Many of us cried each time we spent 1-2 months (actually more for 6 stars initially) to earn just one spin at the new rarity champ for 5 stars, 6 and 7.. it isn't fun, but it's not new:)

Yep, new rarity champs start out as luck and often with a limited pool.. but eventually the spins come faster.. it's just the continued progression of the game

haha yeah the first time I quit in this game was when I got Warmachine 4 times in a row from the original 7 star crystal.

Don't worry, when July 4th comes there will be ascension selectors for all the spenders to buy. All of a sudden, ascension isn't so bad actually. Anybody still complaining is a "broke" F2P scrub, clearly spenders will always have an advantage! Ascension is amazing kabam!!!!

I mean me personally..seeing that would honestly make my day..I love Mister Fantastic with a passion…that being said. I do think that this whole Grace system is stupid….I really don't think it's necessary at all imo..I get the intention but why have it Soo many crystals before the jackpot…that's just horrible..especially for F2Ps like me as well who have to wait a while to finally get one..that might end up being someone we didn't want in the first place.

Yes, ascension is just like a new star level. If 8 stars were introduced, you would have to pull the same champ 66 times to max rank just like ascension, right? And those rank up decisions (duplicates for ascension) for 8* champs would be completely (aside from super rare nexus and selector crystals) RNG, right? And the rank ups wouldn't be locked behind a pay wall for a year, right?

So similar to a new rarity.
