No Vol 4 Carina Challenge Reward

Hi there,
Just now I beat the 4th Carina's objective which is the Abyss one with all Villain tagged champs but i didn't get the rewards for it for some reason.
I didn't record my run so i cannot provide any proof but it should be there assuming you can check my game data. My team was Purgatory, Sinister, Apocalypse, Thanos, and Zola, which I am positive that all of them are villains and fit the requirements.

Please let me know if I need to provide further info or clarification.

Were any of those 6*s? All of the Carina’s Challenges in this set require that every champion you use be a 7*, no exceptions.

oh god you're right, my apo was a 6* just for the horseman thing. If any Kabam employee is reading this, is it possible to get a compensation for the revive and heal pots? I don't really mind restarting but the resouce loss sucks

If you were to get a response, I sincerely doubt it’d be anything other than to tell you they can’t do anything. At the end of the day, it was your fault for not reading the objective. Unfortunately you’ll probably just have to suck it up and run it again.
