1.9m is what you should have unless you bought more weights in the store. Last 100k ftp from the web track from collecting points.

You earn points by claiming the free daily points on the webstore. In order to have 1.9 million, you would have had to claim the gift there, so you should be ok if you're doing that daily

Go to the web store daily, and collect 2 market points; as well as the weekly +6 Market points.

If you do that ASAP, you might have time to get the extra 100,000 weights.
