How Are Collective Rankings Determined ?

I recently watched the video explaining the upcoming Collectives system, and I have a question I couldn’t quite understand regarding how ranking will work.
From what was shown, players will be placed into different rank (for example Rank 10, Rank 15, Rank 25, etc.), which will determine the rewards they receive. However, I’m unclear on how we can actually determine our own rank ahead of time based on our roster.
To simplify my question, I’ll use a basic example:
Let’s say a player has:
100x 7★ champions (all at level 1)
200x 6★ champions (also all at level 1)
If I understood correctly, 7★ champions contribute 1,000 Collective Points each, and 6★ champions contribute 660 points each.
That would result in:
100 × 1,000 = 100,000 points
200 × 660 = 132,000 points
Total = 232,000 Collective Points
Based on this total, how would we determine what rank this player falls into? Is there a defined formula or threshold system for ranks like 10 / 15 / 25, or is this something we will only be able to understand once the system goes live?
