Collectives - List of Champs Not Available as 7*

With Collectives coming and the Captain system relying on the highest rarity owned, I’m trying to identify champs that don’t have a 7* (or even a 6*) version yet.

Does anyone know of a reliable list or resource that shows which champions are NOT available as 7* yet?

Also looking for clarity on a couple things:
- Do 6*/5* Captains need to go only to Rank 4, or do they need to be max rank to optimize points?
- Does ascending 6*/5* Captains increase points?
- Does Signature Level affect Collective points at all?

Sig level only work on 7stars

Which is even more important to do because threads are hidden all the time and unless it's your post or someone is directly responding to or tagging you you wont ever see that post again
