When will Incursions be back?

Are they only like side quests now and they appear randomly and infrequently?

You’ll have saga incursions.

Historically, saga incursions were the last month of the saga if I remember correctly.

Frankly, the saga pool isn’t very incursion friendly

you must be looking at a different champion pool

I always determine if it's 'friendly' by the number of champs that can do a carry. There are several, so it's friendly.
