We who did rank up collective before objectives drop will we be receiving compensation or will it not count ?

I ranked all mine up before the drop Im a bit disappointed again could have got those empowered crystals

Same here as well... I saw the new tab after the update and did the rank ups… the objectives appeared after I had done the rank ups and obviously I can't get them now.

We got the base collective rewards but not the 40 empowered crystals and the 3 greater empowered crystals in the objectives.

Kabam just needs to change the objective criteria to include already completed rank ups not just future rank ups like when you bought the supreme collection and it already read your roster and gave rewards

yeah ranked all mine before the objective came out. I'll would've completed all objectives. I feel very cheated. Three ascended crystals and 40 empowered is a ton to miss out on.

I don’t know what happened but I ranked up mine after the challenge came out. I ended up with just over 250 empowered grace crystals. I got between levels 13 and 15 for my collectives. I wasn’t paying to much attention when I clicked the claim button but was a bit surprised when I went to open them!
