Mismatch with Collective ranks?

Noticed something odd this morning.
Does anyone else have a mismatch between their total number of Collective ranks and what the "Collective Rank Up" objective thinks it is?
I've got 88 total Collective ranks but the objective is reporting 82.
Anyone else got a mismatch ?

Did you do any rank ups before the objectives were pushed out yesterday?

All of them START already on Rank 1.

So going to Rank 10 only counts for increasing by 9 ranks.

So.. - 6
