I have a different related issue.

I have most collective at 15. 2 at 14 and 1 at 13. Have 91 points. So I was upgrading during the time they included the objectives. Am I going to get the 90 pint objective when I hit 15 for all 6 collectives?

On alt account - opened before objectives, so no points for me there. Waiting for compensation.

Not sure what you mean. I might be missing something, but why would those who waited be compenested? Those who rank up collectives now get the regular crystals and the ones from the objectives. Those who opened early on only got the crystals from ranking up. They will hopefully get the correct amount from the objectives they missed out on.

I’m just gonna be patient and wait for Kabam to fix it. I don’t expect it super quickly; but I’m sure they will get it fixed.

I'm fairly sure they all start at level 1 guys. So if you add everything up, take away 6 (since they would all be at 1 initially) and that'll be your score. I am sure there are some people with well over the amount, not getting the rewards, because… Kabam.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @KabamPinwheel can we get a timeframe on the fix. It should be as simple as looking at everyone’s collectives, giving them credit for them, and opening up those solo objectives. Why do we need compensation? We just need our solo objectives unlocked.

the longer this goes, the more confusing and complex it’s going to get… I am now showing progress on objectives because my roster changed since yesterday

For those that did not Rankup until after Objectives were out, and think they are 6 less that what they count…

They all START out already at Rank 1 (you don't do a Rankup to 1, it already begins there). So when you take them up to Rank 10, it only counts as 9 toward Objective.

You have not been shorted 6 points (for those that say 84 instead of 90). It is accurate.

It's very unfortunate to play vs players who had the chance to ascend more champs, in war, BGs. I know it's sounds small but it's not small at all. I think players affected shouldn't just get what we missed out on, but a compensation for the unfair matches as well.

I thought that too, but in this screenshot from the livestream, it says that if you reach rank 15 across all collectives, you will get 3 greater empowered crystals from solo objectives. Which suggests that the initial rank 1 should be counted towards the total ranks. Perhaps this is just miscommunication, but still, I think it's false advertising, if they said that an avg collective rank of 15 nets players 3 greater crystals, but doesn't do that in reality, because like you said, currently the rank 1 is not seemingly being counted since you start there.
