@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex So i have completed 86 collective rank ups before solo objective went live and i m glad that @Kabam Miike giving a compensation but i can do further 4 rank ups for that final solo objective which will take two or 3 weeks then will i be able to get rewards of final solo objective or just compensation for my current rankups .. please clarify will really appreciate it

That's not all it is, it's not a quick process to cross-reference hundreds of thousands of ranks & align them with solo objectives - and then make sure points get propagated properly.

Sometimes, doing the simple things properly is a very complicated (and lengthy) process.

That said.. should be before the end of the week, hopefully sooner 🙂

The end of the week is great. I know it’s a pain; but I’ll speak for myself saying I can live for three days without the ascensions.

I totally understand people’s frustration if it was going to be a week+; but the event is 30 days…so there will be plenty of time for everyone to do what they need to do in game.

As long as I get some form of compensation eventually I'll be satisfied. I pretty much did all of the rank ups the moment it went live and was confused when my alliance mates a couple of hours later had like double the amount of crystals. Saw the forum, saw the bug, figured it'll get taken care of eventually.

while you guys are hard at work with a fix for the solo milestone’s compensation I’d like to also point out ahead of time that during the livestream you guys clearly stated rank 15 in all (90 total levels) would give these full rank 15 rewards but as of now the initial level 1 in each collective does not count towards totals! This is leaving anyone who reaches 15 in every collective (or a total of 90 levels) 6 short of the rewards you advertised they would get! If while you all are fixing the solo milestone issue you could fix this issue as well so we’re credited properly to match the rewards advertised on stream that would be awesome ! Thank you for your hard work

this is unbearable. Feels like I’m getting left out on completing levels in my collective. I’m at level 19 in all my class groups. But because of this bug I have not gotten my empowered grace crystals or greater empowered crystals. Next week starts another event. And we are still missing compensation for this and last months Eq comp. Feels like engaged players are getting screwed. This needs to be fixed asap. After 12 years of playing this game and building my roster feels like I’m still being punished for putting in the effort.

What exactly do you think you are being left out of?... You obviously have a large account, reached 19 levels already.. those crystals are not gonna get you to rank 25… they might not even get you to rank 20. And how on earth is this related to a crystal purchasinf event?

obviously I’m not referring to the achievement bug, which I hit as well. Aside from that, I see a lot of people saying they reached a certain level but didn't get their rewards. I have a feeling many are just misreading the level shown, assuming they’ve already hit it. Actually, the number you see is the next level; so, if you see 15, it means you're still at 14 and actually need to reach 15

You won't loose anything, in fact they give us a lot of crystals with this Collectives so… breathe…

I get that it is only 4 or 5 days, but still, its crazy all the stuff we have to wait for because Kabam isn't doing QA and we are excited to jump in to new content. R4 gem from twitch drop, April EQ rewards, Collective objectives. Its like everything at this point. This is incentivizing not participating in new content right away, which isn't good for players or Kabam.

It's kind of ridiculous and shouldn't be hand waved because its "only 5 more days for the same stuff"
