I don’t think that’s it—you tend to get in a cycle where you (along with a set of Summoners) are close to completing the trio of T5a (or T7b or whatever) that you need for a rankup.
The jump to Elder would have netted a large chunk of T7a (see my photo).
For some folks, that additional T5a might push them up a chunk in prestige—that matters across several modes (including EQ).
But I suppose there’s also just the general frustration that things seem to languish in game, often to the detriment of the player.
The team is still working on this, but it’s not finished yet. Unfortunately, I can’t provide updates when there isn’t any new information to share. I'll push on it a bit more.
This one has been now more than a month. Feels like it’s being forgotten about as it’s dragging for so long. Can we please get our T5a shards? The longer you take the lesser of a value they are.
Wonder if it's been pushed back because of the radiance flop on Monday.. would be nice if we were told though.. can't imagine telling my lads at work after i make a mistake, 6 weeks on, they're waiting for me to rectify it, I finally say "yeah it's coming".. then nothing...

Every banquet was successful for Kabam, even the bad ones; but people like you and many others spent farmed units they saved for a full year. Not sure where the profit comes from that...

Your started to sound more and more like an entitled child tbh. The model kabam has used to generate profits in this game has worked for over 10 years now. If people dont like how theyre doing it, stop spending. But to keep this thread on topic, in order for kabam to give accurate compensation for the April eq issue, they would have had to comb through every single account's data to determine prestige before and after. That takes ALOT of time and manpower.
For all the time it took to “process” the shortfall, it also seems like the team just punted and gave everyone the same 9K T5a shards.
I cannot confirm this, however—if anyone received more than 9K shards or less than 9K shards, please screenshot.
I’m curious who make the math and gave only 9k…
they upgraded the rewards for this month EQ, It should be correct.
