Better AW Placement Tools for Officers

I would like to see better tools for officers to identify defender duplicates. Something like highlighting the duplicate defenders when looking at the battle group or something like that would be really helpful. I currently have to track them in a spreadsheet. However, if we lose a member or someone swaps out a defender without letting me know, it can be a challenge to keep the spreadsheet up to date.
One other item that would be helpful would be the ability to export your roster into some sort of spreadsheet or some way to look at the champ/rarity/rank/sig level/ascension would be really great for placement as well.

Yes (something, even if simplistic in game)

But why just Officers ?
EVERYONE should be able to better see whether they are adding a duplicate champ or not (yes, if you scan 50 champs, but few actually bother checking the 50 grid). How about even a Filter when selecting your champs.

And maybe “MARK” other Dup Champs for review (if you have a better one, so the other person can be notified and change theirs to a different champ).

Cerebro also has stuff for defender placement. They both have options for players to upload their rosters as well

I agree. Cerebro is really nice. I follow it on discord. The issue is it is a struggle to hey people to use like, let alone discord. I tried to start a channel for my alliance. Got one to join. Sigh…nothing is ever easy.

I agree. It doesn’t need to be just officers. I was just saying that because ultimately, we are responsible for keeping up with it and notifying folks when they have them. However, giving everyone the power to look at dupes when placing would be amazing.

I'd honestly just start trying to recruit new people with the expectation that third party communication will be used. As you get new recruits, you get rid of the ones that won't get on board. It'll be a significant jump for moving your alliance in a more organized direction.

I agree. However, I’m just an officer and not the leader. Our leader is one of the ones that has line but doesn’t use it. I started the chat group because communication was really poor when I joined. I have some people in my alliance that I would consider friends. So I’m not really wanting to leave. I would rather make our alliance better. It is just really tough to get everyone to pull in the same direction.

Would also be nice that someone (who's not an officer) could “flag” a node with a champ of theirs to say “I want that spot instead of your champ there”.

So, like indicating “node preference”, and would indicate that existing defender owner can then move their elsewhere (or not), or officers can do that, and thus make placement better (assuming person placing their champ knows what some good nodes are for them).
