Defender ratings on champ pages are random and silly, let’s fix’em

I think we need an agreed upon system to define defender strength on release. That will make ratings mean something and instantly click with summoners when the champ hits the battle realm.
Here’s what I had in mind:
1/5 - no non contact attacks, no miss or evade mechanics, no multi hit projectile specials. Basically, a vanilla fight where you can parry freely. OG black panther.
2/5 mostly interfering with the ability to parry, be it non contact or shrug mechanics. Think Negasonic and Shuri.
Evades unstops and miss mechanics that are predictable also apply here.
3/5 are champs that need specific technics to take down effectively. Like Dust that can’t be hit on block, Knull and Destroyer that needs to be pushed to sp2, Casandra who you can only parry mediums and can’t bait heavies.
4/5 are significant stalls that not only need specific technics, they need a hard counter if you wanna finish the fight in time.
Yelena is a classic, Thanos fits the bill as well.
Heimdall peni and sinister are other examples.
5/5 consists of course of unavoidable damage (including non dexable unblockable specials and significant block penetration) needing a hard counter to negate. Britain, Dark Phoenix, Onslaught, Serpent, and to a lesser degree Photon, High Evolutionary and Maestro.
