I'm close to my 4th r5 who will be Sandman, but being free to play and seeing people have a lot more r5s because of this metamorphosis event makes me hope July 4th deals will be good unlike last year otherwise i would have missed on 2 r5s.
I have two accounts.
The upper one will become Elder tomorrow when the Essentia store refreshes. I already have all the t5a that I need and just need to buy some more t7b. When I do, Red Guardian is going up.
My main account is about half a t5a away from a fourth r5 champion. If nothing else, I'll have it after next month's EQ. I haven't decided who I'll take up there yet, though. Usually I want to rank up champs from different classes, but there are a lot of cosmic champs that I'm eyeing far more than any mutant/skill/mystic ones.
I respect the fact that u rank someone u like instead of someone who's powerful.

I feel Galan is actl a very very good champion and still one of the top cosmic champions but many ppl underrate him. The versatility that comes from his main source of damage being the harvest is crazy, allowing him to take many many defenders. For example, I use him to take yelena quite often.
The best way to describe him is that he's usable on offense now. His damage is way better than it was, but I think he's just a little shy of being solid. However, I have won some BG matches switching him over to attack and have landed some hits as high as 80k (with suicides).
They are both insane. Howard holds the fastest Necropolis solo I've ever gotten at just over 3 minutes, while VtD is crazy in all kinds of other scenarios. For example, I took him out for a run in the Cosmic chapter of the EQ. I didn't record it from the start, but after I hit record, I took 10 fights and the Modok boss in under 7 minutes.
He's nuts. They're both really fun champs. I'm so happy that VtD got that relic last year. It's a true gamechanger for him.
Mine are boring but I like the champs and used them a lot prior to ranking.

I can't upload since my phone for some reason is not letting me upload pictures to my laptop but Jean DThanos Nick and Sandman are my 4 r5s. I'm a f2p and truthfully i would have actually 6 r5s if i went all in on the event but i'm waiting for July 4th which is where my units are going.
VtD is awesome, I liked him when he first came out but he soon fell away.
The relic was a game changer, I used a rank 2 unawakened 7* and almost soloed Cerastes at the first time of trying.
Took him to rank 4 after that
Symbiote Supreme Rank 5 is amazing. How is he at R5. Mines only at R4 and he is great.

I personally love it. She was also clutch for me during the Apex Colosseum with me using her for both Prowler and Dazzler. R5 helped me with tackling them faster
She's absolutely brilliant. Essentially no-one is immune to both Incinerate and Rupture, so she never needs to miss out on her damage.
Questing, Everest, Incursions, even BGs: she does it all. She's not the fastest in BGs; but she's incredibly safe; and can easily stretch beyond mutants to handle defenders like Bullseye, Photon, Zola and Spider-woman.
She's probably not going to be used by the top players; but if you're a hack like me, you can get a lot out of her
Oh I'm def hack too. Couldn't decide between her, Starky, FANTman, Bastion. I feel like I don't want to take Jack to R5 cause he's the most reliable inverse-control immune AND parry non-contact that I don't want him to be insta-banned.
