can't claim twitch drop

anyone have issue claiming drops? i watched the full amount of time. i see it in my inventory with a Claim button. i tap it and it just becomes purple again. after a few taps, it's grey which means i claimed, but going in game doesn't send anything. i reopen twitch and the button is purple again like i didnt claim anything. over and over

Are you clicking the button from where it shows all your claimable drops, or the screen for the individual drop? I have found that sometimes the first doesn't work, but the second always does.

tried both places multiple times. After 15 min of tapping and killing the twitch app, eventually it worked. Never seen this before. Thanks for your help
