You can't get drops from replays. Something on Twitch's ToS that forbids streamers to farm views that way.

You need to watch other Twitch streams from CCP members as Pepe.

Replays don't give Twitch drops.

Unfortunately yes. They did repeats for drops during the Brawl. Apparently they got their account suspended by music copyright strike; but people found out that farming views of repeats with drops was also a ToS violation.
