Talk to support, they'll tell what you pulled.
yup. I opened one. Been seeing a lot of issues with the support looking a little “AI -like”, so just wanted to post here as well since I know Mike goes and looks at individual accounts and cases sometimes. The ONLY thing it could be is a visual bug or the number was 127…but since I opened 30 that number doesn’t match up either. Pretty frustrating since it could’ve been a second token and I’ve got T2 dust expiring soon
Of the 7 ones in bottom 2 pics, that are not in older (top) pic, did all 7 come from other means before that 30-crystal opening ?
One thing I saw with latest monthly update, is openings do NOT seem to indicate at top how many pulled are NEW vs DUPLICATE. And not sure if the new ones would then still show on the champs opened line after conversion (when Dups go away from that line). Seems to be a new issue ??
But as to the being 27 short, and opening 30. Doesn’t necessarily mean the one that was pulled was the “grace” one at #27 of that group. Could have actually pulled a little before reaching 27 (ie, random HIT), and so counter would have re-started prior to the 27th one. If you are saying that 117 seems wrong ? (I forget what the reset # count is).
nah it was gorr. I missed him doing a quick scan. There was a visual bug in the ascension drop that made it look just like a plain dupe. Still doesn’t explain why his mats aren’t showing in my inventory. Support said they’d automatically be consumed, but all the rest of those are single pulls and that’s not the case so I have no idea. This bug didn’t bother me NEAR as much as the one I was having with EPOCH. That one made me want to toss my phone lol

A FIRST pull of an ascendable champ automatically consumes their ascension token and puts them at Asc.1 automatically.
It’s only when they are already Ascended that you will see subsequent tokens put into inventory.
(assume you are probably aware of that already, but just wanted to say in case others reading it. If you got Gorr for first time as ascendable, that would be why you don't see a token for him.)
*and also, upon Crystal pulls, sometimes any NEW tokens may not be grouped at top with rest of them. Initially it might only appear at bottom of that inventory screen. Until you close/reopen game. (in case that actually was a 2nd pulling of Asc. Gorr, but his token was further down, off of your screenshot, so you didn't notice ?)
