Collectives Rank Up

Just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this issue. I ranked up a collective yesterday and didn’t receive the empowered grace crystals. Is there a rank cut off for getting them or possibly a bug?

Nope, u just get an increase in stats on 16, 15 was where the empower comes in

If you ignore levels 18-20, sure.

If you just assumed you get the same stuff at EVERY level of collectives ??

There's an (i) icon at the top by the levels, that will show you that screenshot someone else provided for you above.

There's 1 empowered crystal on level 25.
