Lost Cluster Drop rewards

Never posted on the forum before but this one is insane. Just completed the final latest Carina Challenge (epoch villain run), claimed my objective rewards, spin out the last two Greater empowered crystals and pull a first time Gorr ascension and a THIRD time Jabari ascension. (Bug doesn't show the box shards or titan shards, just the cluster drop rewards for Jabari).

Go to my roster to ascend Jabari to A2 and lo and behold, only one champ token in my inventory. Restart the game, doesn't work. Update my phone, doesn't work. Uninstall the app and reinstall, doesn't work. SUBMIT A TICKET? I'm told "the rewards on on your account".

Please, send help. This is ridiculous. Hours of my time and spamming revives on the Epoch Gauntlet just to have my rewards stolen from me.

Nothing has been stolen! It's a visual bug!! You're not the first person to have experienced this.

So why can I not A2 her if its only visual? That would suggest that the token is sitting in my inventory unseen but I can still A2 her? When I open the ascension upgrade page, I can't even press the button. I have a note in my phone written with every 7* I've ever pulled so I track them all. Its my 3rd Ascended Jabari pull so I should be able to A2 her

Because you did not get 2 tokens, you only got one! That's why it's called a visual bug!

I don't think you're understanding. I already had her ascended plus one token before I opened the crystal today. I pulled her two times prior. If I pulled her a 3rd time, would that not mean I can A2 her? I opened two crystals today, one was ascended Gorr (which applied to my account) and the second was ascended Jabari (which did not apply).

Are you sure you pulled Jabari twice from the empowered crystals before today?

100% and their response doesn't even make sense so I literally just lose a greater empowered crystal from the epoch gauntlet. Thanks, Kabam.

Duping an ascendable champ from empowered grace crystals doesn't give you ascension tokens.

It has to be an "ascension pull" (pink border).

So your 1st or 2nd time pulling Jabari was a regular one probably
