My account has been banned from using Global and Friend Chat. I am not asking for special treatment—I am simply asking for transparency.
If the restriction is justified, please tell me the reason for it. What specific violation triggered the chat ban? Without that information, I have no way to understand what happened or how to avoid repeating it.

You can try a support ticket to get info, can't get much here unless an employee wants to humour us all with the reason.
