It doesn't though. And the amount of names of players not cheating that have been publicly shamed on the forums is the reason for the rule.

Hes not banded cause kabam doesn't care about cheating especially in BGS. Im surprised they have figured out a way to cheat in towers yet. Im guessing the whole CR rating is preventing them at the moment.
