How can I get my crystal back?

Good evening. today 6 of February of 2018, I opened a crystal of 15 thousand fragments the crystal colleague of work of the hulk (ragnarok) I touched in the crystal to stop but my internet fell when the crystal stopped had gained Hulk left the game and I entered again, but when I entered the game again the crystal was there back and when I opened I won the iron patriot.

    You won't get anything back, the moment you moved it onto the reel you were going to get IP. The animation does not matter

    Spamming the forum will not help you. Suggest you go into in-game settings and click Support. They will have a log of every single thing done on your account. Honestly....I think you are out of luck.

    even though the kabum does nothing about it. I will have to stop playing because with these bugs only min harms while the
    kabam will not solve.

    Probably for the best. When the kabam takes $500 from the you for crystals and the you gets all 2* the kabam will be happy this bug go to the you
