Can't sell pots

in Bugs and Known Issues
No 'sell' button for some pots. Namely alliance level 2 team health pots.

    You can only sell if you're in California, Colorado or Washington.

    Used to be able to sell these. Could Kabam confirm it’s a bug?

    Kabam confirmed it's by design, some aren't meant to sell.
