Strained Symbiosis 4* Arena

I have a general question about the 4* arena. If you’ve already placed in the top 10% and was able to obtain the hero for that arena, can you obtain the same hero again if you do the same event? I was able to get the Spider-Man symbiote and I was trying agin in order to dupe the character. I hit over 3 million but I didn’t receive any rewards for the arena event.
