New ability: Illusion

This signature ability should be given to a new champ that is mystic. This ability allows the champion to evade the attack by teleporting, and gives the opponent 2 degeneration rebuffs. The champion that teleported away also gains 5 armor up buffs.
Any suggestions or improvements?

    Improvement, remove the evade part of it and the degen part of it. There’s enough evade and degen in the game at the moment.

    But isn't that exactly what Mordo and Nightcrawler do? And let me tell you what- these champs are already a pain in the a$$ to fight. We don't want more such champions. Giving 2x Degeneration debuffs AND 5x Armour is just insanity.

    I suggest to not do this.

    Some kind of illusion ability may have been cool for Loki (maybe similar to Hood’s invisibility) but that ship has sailed.
