Iceman or Gambit ?

So I’ve had good old 3* Gambit for months now, but recently 3* Iceman has just dropped into my team.... so I looked it up and he seems pretty OP but so is Gambit with his instant stun with SP1.
My questions is should I max out Iceman first or should I just finish maxing out Gambit ?
