White cloud with X (Image loading problem)

Hi all,
So since I re-downloaded the game in December I've been having a really annoying issue. The icons of my Black Panther and Psylocke champions have had these weird icons (That I described in the title).
And it's not just the icons. When going through story missions, a lot of the art for each act has one of the clouds. And when I see a cutscene, again, the clouds are there instead of the actual art.
I've already emailed Kabam support about this before, and they said just to re-install the game. Which I have and still no improvement.
This is getting really frustrating. Can someone please give me a way to fix this.

Yep, one minute.
As I said, I have a few times.
I should add, Psylockes portrait WAS there. Only a few weeks ago did It vanish on me.
Completely uninstall the app then restart your device. Make sure that you have enough space to download all of the in-game assets. Then reinstall Marvel Contest Of Champions. Once it is installed go ahead and restart your device one more time. Now enter Marvel Contest Of Champions and see if the issue persists.

I'm using an Android as well.
