Ban for brother playing

My brother uses my profile I was unaware that he downloaded a mod apk for something to make game easier he didn't do it to get free units gold or iso Why should I be punished for something I didn't do

Technically that would be 2 rules, Account Sharing and using 3rd-Party Software to modify the game. In any case, I'm sorry for your situation but they don't allow people to discuss bans on the Forum.
