Iceman Signature Ability

Does the signature ability increase the initial cold snap damage only or every cold snap you apply throughout the fight ?

The initial coldsnap does more damage and lasts longer. From what I can see in the ability text.

We need solid information. Did someone test it or maybe a developer confirmation ?

The ability text tells you exactly how much damage each coldsnap does.
