Global chat spam

Please figure out a way to block bot spam from modders. I even kinda miss alliance recruitment spam. Just set a limit of lvl5 before you can post on gc. That would beat the modders without too much of a downside.

If your in an alliance just switch to alliance chat and you will never see that garbage again.
