Mcoc security. Removed app but all login info remains

So I removed the app and all its data. I don’t use the iCloud. I did this to reinstall the app because of the update.

Can someone tell me why when I reinstalled it.... the app kept my data and automatically logged me in. Is this a security issue?

Sounds like you use Apple. Game Center would do it. Also your phone tends to keep some login info even after you delete the app

edited my post as you posted. How would this be Kabam? wouldn't this be your phone keeping some info?

Uh standard iPhone. Sounds like Kabam saving. local info. I guess you do t understand what it means when you remove the game and all data. Kabam saving it elsewhere. Sounds like a security issue to me.

It is probably that the app's settings were still there after the app was deleted. I don't think this is a security problem per se, as preserving settings while deleting the app is not a security problem. It is even a feature in iOS 11.

Ok where in the app settings? Here’s the issue. I cloud off. Game Center off I delete mcoc and all data That should totally remove the game right. I reinstall it. It should start the game from beginning right. It auto logs me into my account. That tells me this mcoc app is saving info somewhere else. That is s security issue. Support hasn’t answered this because they don’t know jack

No way I wouldn’t play another Kabam game. Although I have force arena on also from net marble. This sounds suspicious

Maybe MCOC now uses a Netmarble vendor ID. Hypothetically speaking, when you delete a game from your iPhone iOS itself should delete everything if you ask it to. However, one legal thing that can happen is if you have another app installed from the same vendor, the iPhone will give MCOC the same VendorID when you reinstall the app, and that information could theoretically be sent to the game servers that could "remember" which user was logged in from that specific installation.

I should point out that when I had to delete and reinstall recently to fix a problem with downloading updates, I had to log back into the game manually. I don't recall being autologged back in, although I do not remember off the top of my head if the game remembered my user id (email) itself.
