my 4* colossus disappeared

i have gotten a colussus 4* a couple of months ago and now it is gone! how can i get it back?

If what you said is true (not upto me to judge), did you know if anyone may have login to your game (either using your phone unlocked, or know your account and login from another device) and sell your champ? Normally if anyone wanna screw you they would have sell more of your champ and spend your units/resources though.

On the other hand, if you are sure nothing like that, and not that you accidentally mis-clicked and sold him youself, then best way for you is to file an in-game support ticket for Kabam to figure out what happened to the champ.

i only have one account, one device, only I use it, and i did not sell it. in fact, i have not sold any champions in the last 2 years. if Kabam has a history of my account they will find it there. i had it now its gone... i leveled it up to level 3 and didnt use it. just left it there.
so if i didnt sell it (which i didnt ) can it be retrived ?

kabam just wrote to me, on february 14th my 4* colossus was sold. no idea how that happened and i cannot get it back .. :-(

@raydenryu, colossus sold on february 14th sounds suspicious!
Just curious, could it be your Girl Friend or Wife, or Boy Friend or Husband, or your partner, happened to be unhappy about how much time you spent on MCoC (or how much money you spent) and decided to sell one of your 4* (luckily NOT one of your top champ) just to "teach you a lesson"?

Not to probe into your private & personal life, just that what I saw you mentioning "on february 14th my 4* colossus was sold", it rings a bell, I recalled someone else mentioned in another post his GF sold some of his 4* or 5* champs (I couldn't remember the details) using his phone.

Anyway, looks like Kabam won't help you, but a blessing in disguise is that you still keep all your other top champs. To be safe, maybe you want to CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD/LOGIN just in case someone else knew your access info.

Damn 4* Colossus u just lost a good teir champ their sarcasm aside if it was blade I would work to retrieve it but Colossus no I wouldn't care a bit

wow i feel worse for you! there is just no way my champion got sold, specifically that one. nobody else uses my game, i could blame my nephew but he is 3 years old and cannot click on champions, browse for colossus, click it, click sell and confirm. obviously i didnt do it either... so now you got me wondering if this is a bug... i researched and i am not the only one with missing champions, this game is too freaking hard to get a champion and nobody will sell their level 4 stars. not being able to retrieve is pretty bad too. at least they should increase your chances of getting it back after they confirm you had it.
