I also think it should be implemented that if you completed 5 wars with an alliance, and you get booted(not quit the alliance), but were the threshold where the's less then 5 potential wars remaining, then you should still get the rewards from the alliance you got booted from.

No for the last part because most likely someone got booted for doing something wrong not getting season rewards makes the punishment even better

No for the last part because most likely someone got booted for doing something wrong not getting season rewards makes the punishment even better first off. that person was there for at least two weeks. you mean to tell me, that it took you that long to realize that the person you brought in sucked....even then, people make mistakes, have life come up...etc. secondly, that person is at an extreme disadvantage. Without enough time to get rewarded for work they did all AW season long, they are left without progressing at the same rate as ALL of the other summoners out there who are getting rewards. this is further pushing their accounts behind. lastly, doing something wrong is one thing, but it's on leaders, and officers to coach those members not performing to the level they need to be. if you don't have time for it, then that's on you.

It's simply rewarding the person who did work for your alliance. In the real world, if you fire someone, you then still have to pay that person for the work they did. I'm not saying you're stuck with that person, but even if you recruit a new member to replace said troll, that new member wouldn't get the rewards anyways. A few weeks ago, I personally booted a member of my alliance for some racially charged trash talk. We immediately removed that individual. had that been closer to the end of war season, we would have done the same thing without question. But this same individual cleared lines for us. placed in every war. communicated well. but there was just no place for that type of behavior in our group. So trust me i get the need to dispose members of the group. even if they make mistakes. But this is solely about paying and rewarding the people who worked for you. thinking from a business perspective that is.
