Roughly 26+ ally members lost out on Season rewards due to 1 Officer.
So one of the officers in my alliance says they were hacked. They kicked everyone from the alliance last night and then left the ally. Now multiple people from the ally have contacted Kabam who've said they cannot do anything, which means no-one except a couple officers and the leader will be getting Season rewards. This is so annoying, I've dedicated my time for 2 months and now because of a flaw in the system 1 person has ruined it for roughly 26 others. How did they not think that an Officer or Leader of an alliance could lose control of their account or just be a **** and kick everyone, resulting in no Season rewards. They need to implement a safeguard or something because to me this is a massive flaw in their system. Sharing here to try and gain some traction and see if anything can be done.
