Arena Help Causes Lag?

I'm going for 5* Hyperion and with how much arena I've done since Thursday I've started noticing that the game lag shortly after asking for help with 100-150 champions for arena. I wait until all my champions have been used to ask for help instead of asking for help after each round of arena. Has anyone else noticed a correlation between asking for arena help and game lag?

    It's not the asking for help that causes lag ,it's when your team mates click on the help

    Lag is everywhere. They know it. We know it but nothing is being said about it.
