Results of the outages investigation?

It has been a couple weeks since the server outages and I'm curious what the findings were?

A lot of us lost dungeon time, AQ and AW time, champion health, and consequently items.

    Historically, this is pretty accurate, unfortunately. Kabam will typically say they're looking into it. In the mean time, tempers will cool and the majority of people will lose interest in pursuing the issue further. There will be a small handful that will keep pushing the issue, but after a while, it'll become background noise that will ultimately be forgotten.

    Kabam counts on this kind of attrition. They're strategy for this kind of thing is to quietly wait out the storm. I've noticed it for at least 2 other outages prior to this one.

    This is not true. Historically, these things can take some time, but we don't just hope everybody forgets. As we have said, we will not take any actions until we are sure that the issues that caused these problems have been taken care of.

    At this time, we do not have anything new to share. As soon as we do, we'll let you all know!
