Shut it down.

Please, just shut the game down. Leave it down for as long as it takes to replace your servers. Double your capacity, triple it... whatever it takes. Just do it right.

I agree it's killing me to see game down for 20 mins every 3 days or so please can we have the game down until the problem is actually fixed

We are constantly trying to improve our network and the stability of the game. We do shut the game down when it is necessary for emergency maintenance, but just shutting it down for a few days or buying different servers wouldn't necessarily be practical or solve the issue. It can take time to fully investigate an issue and then plan out new solutions to prevent this problem in the future, but we are constantly taking steps to make sure that the game is more stable going forward.
