Death matches...why?

I am a major arena grinder, I hit all mile stones in 3*/4* and then try for 4-5m in 5* feature for 5* shards. Since the update I keep getting death matches between fights 25-30, up till then it’s similar pi starting at fights 19-20, then boom, get kabamed. Anyone experiencing this or am I missing something?

Yes he is. We saw the same thing happen in the t4b (and similar) arena's when t2a's where introduced. Arena's without 5* champs have been unaffected.

You used team of 4* 3/30 in 5* arena, of course you would get death matches. 4/40 or better wouldn’t get you those.

Your follow up questions is "I don't believe you, are you sure?"

I was using 4/40

The first and third pics show 3/30 teams. The second one is 5/50 team but it was probably streak #10th-17th and you can easily beat the death match with that team. It has been always like that since 5* arena was introduced. You can use 1/25 team without facing death matches though.
