Overall Id say X-23 but you can go with Hulk if you are a boss killer. He is great against Dormammu! SW should be duped a lot to be god tier good but she can get you through a lot of stuff so you can't really go wrong either way.

Wow scarlet witch is doing great , I love all of them they are beasts I'd like to r5 them all but I don't have enough resources to do them all at once. Thanks for your opinions.
