alright, i confirmed. whoever is in charge of transparency, they are still as transparent as they have ever been.

Yep and these new dark artifact shard 5* are 100% chance for a 5*, but everyone of my alliance members pulled the bottom tier champs, griot, Kamala, IP.

Are all the champs the same drop rate?

27k is a lot, but if you're able to hit every milestones every day, you should be able to get 3 of the 5-Star Crystals. You are able to purchase the crystal multiple times, so you could theoretically buy the same Crystal 3 times.

You did remind me of something important that I should probably call out. Notice that the Champions in the Top Prizes are blue. The crystals contain Basic Champions. Duplicating them will only give 1 Signature level, and no Shards, etc.

Hi @Kabam Miike I know that this issue has already been clarified on May 17th by your post indicating that it was your mistake and that each crystal can only be purchased once and that the 1/1 purchase limit will not be lifted after weekly cycle. However, as I'm sure you're aware, under the current Dark Artifacts System you can only get 27K Artifacts every 2 weeks (1950 x 27 = 27,300). This made it so that you gained your 27K for your first purchase on the day before the changeover from Chaos/Nightmare/Genesis to Evolution/War/Death.

Here is my issue, I was under the assumption of this post that I could purchase 3 of the same crystals and hence I was targeting to get Archangel from the Death Crystal. At which point I made the purchase. And in doing so, this made so that IF I wanted to make 2 purchases in the Chaos/Nightmare/Genesis cycle going forward, it was not possible, because I would only have 27K Dark Artifacts for the start of the week 5 cycle. Which means by the time I obtain another 27K Dark Artifacts, I will not be able to purchase anything from the Chaos/Nightmare/Genesis crystals as the last week ends on Evolution/War/Death.

Due to the misinformation, I had decided to go for 3 Death crystals, but if I had known that there was a purchase limit of ONLY 1 per crystal, I would have initially bought a Nightmare crystal, then a Chaos crystal and ended on a Death crystal. However, now I'm forced (due to my initial purchase being Death) to now purchase either Chaos or Nightmare, and ultimately end with Evolution or War.

Might I suggestion that in order to solve this issue that you bring back all 6 crystals on the FINAL day (June 6th) to allow for people that were acting under the wrong information prior to give them the opportunity to purchase the crystal they would have done knowing that they can only get 1 of each.

If there is a purchase limit of 1 why do the crystals rotate ? Please make them all available for the last week if you are keeping the purchase limit !

I have another kind of issue, I have 1140 Dark Artifacts now so I found that I will reach 26490 by the end even with the double rewards on 26th so I will miss another cryatal by only 510

Please @Kabam Miike is there any other way to get a little amount like this in the coming days?

I was about to finish dungeon 5, I was waiting for my partner to finished the boss, after a few minutes I notice that the time wasnt going down, then I realize the game wasnt showing the fight was finished, how did I know? well, my partner send me a message to finished the boss, I tried to enter the fight, but everytime I clicked on the boss, it shows that the other player was fighting, when he wasnt, I tried by exiting the mode and reenter, but the game has already finished the dungeon, from the 4000 points I only got a little more that one thousand
I cant wait for dungeon day, for this glitch and buggy game to make me lost all my points

I was playing in the dungeons for the last crystal and when I done the points what I needed don't were added. Now I can't play another dungeon because the time is done and the crystal is gone.
Why does that happen? It is not the first time, in addition to that there have also been several emergency maintenance that do not play well.

I had 1 unit refresh durring dungeon day. As promissed. It went back to normal cost after dingeon day ended. As promissed.

Is there any way to get extra dark crystals? I will be about 50 short of the 5* after the 7 days as I thought it would be running for the duration of the infinity dust store @Kabam Miike

Stuff dungeons. Hrs of play for one sig lvl on old balls logan. What a waste of time. Couldn't even give out any iso on the dupe. Go back to the drawing board kabam the community has wised up. Won't be touching them again under this format.

@Kabam Miike will you guys bring back all the dark artifact crystals for the end of the event so we can choose which one we want for our last crystal? I only ask because I was not able to get enough saved for the genesis crystal before the last reset of crystals and I feel I should be able to choose what I want to use my dark artifact shards towards not just what’s available at that time.

What a waste of time. I spend all that time getting artifacts and then dupe a champ I have and then really get nothing in return for duping that champ. Wasted my time getting the artifacts. Horrible execution on this event

What is Kabam's excuse for giving you nothing if you're unfortunate and get a maxed duped 4 star? Hate to say it but if they don't fix that then they are cheating people who play for a week to get enough for a 4 star then mysteriously reward you with nothing.

@Kabam Miike it would be great if you guys convert any of our leftover dark artifact shards to regular five star shards, 2.7 dark for 1 regular shard, and not gold

One of those "doesn't hurt to ask" questions: Any chance of the purchase period for special crystals being extended? I didn't realise this was intended to be the last week to use Dark Artifiacts. I missed my chance at the Nightmare crystal. The other crystals are meh, especially since duplicates only get 1 point to signature ability. I mean, I'll live, but I was hoping Nightmare was coming around one more time.

I totally feel like the hours I spent grinding the Dungeons were a total waste of my time. I spend all that time and then get a duplicate champ that has already been duped, he only gets 1 sig level and I get no shards and no ISO. So I basically spent all that time grinding dungeons to get 1 dang sig point for my 4* Winter Soldier. There should have been some thoughts given to people that end up getting absolutely NOTHING from our crystals. But I was told by Customer Support that it’s not their problem and they meant to do it that way. Great to hear Kabam. I’m glad your so Uber confident that people are going to just keep pumping their time and money into your game no matter how you treat them.

How are we to know that this was going to be the last week to spend Dark Artifacts. I gained every single Dark Artifact and as soon as I got 27k I bought a crystals did not know I had to plan it out. This makes no sense you should let us know these things. So now only option I have is to buy a Death Crystal because I've already purchased Evolution and War Crystal as this week seems to be the week that kept coming up when I reached 27k.

What I wanted to buy for last was the Genesis Crystal. Please tell me I'm wrong and you will give us more time to purchase the crystals we actually want or at the very least that the conversion might actually be something good.

I believe it is the last one, as mentioned on week 6 is suppose to war, death, and evolution.

I'm sorry but that's really on you. The info was here and the whole game is about planning around your resources (and not spend them the moment you get them). I do hope you pull something good.

I am literally 75 short of my 3rd chance to get a 5* assuming there is only one more dungeon. My second crystal was a dupe of IP, which added one sig stone.

Please kabam, on the last day, can you offer dark artifacts for units or in the infinity dust store for some of us who did all the dungeons, yet due to the issues the first few days with the missing last milestone, won't be able to get their last crystal? It's flawed that it's almost 2k dark artifacts per day, which is what has caused this issue for me. Thank you.
