Domino | Low Buff champions to use

I started this in my alliance chat but I'd also like to hear what the community thinks. Since Domino's Critical Failure deals energy damage whenever an opponent's abilities should trigger but don't, this probably means that you should use a champ that doesn't generate a lot of buffs or debuffs or is great at taking energy damage (like Ultron). What champs do you think will work best with this limited amount of information?

It's a pretty interesting idea
It might be possible (don't quote me on this) but maybe every single champ with the slightest chance to evade (Black Widow or Stark Spidey) will take damage
Opponents that have a relatively low chance to trigger abilities will probably be bad to use, so either ones with only 100% chance (or 95, something like that with 85 being the personal minimum for me) or a champ like Bishop who has insane energy resistance.

Since we don't truly know how her mechanic works, this is all guess work for now @ShadPrince however, I've also seen that she has a "Lucky/Unlucky" mechanic which might also affect the trigger of said buffs/debuffs...

Not just buffs or debuffs but also pasive abilities like evade sound like they would be affected.

I am gunna suggest champs like wwii cap. He has only bleed on s2 and stun on s1....

Speaking of which
Will masteries trigger it? Things like resonate, perfect block chance, or even unfazed?

@ShadPrince yeah maybe that would trigger it but that wouldnt affect him too greatly even if it did trigger it cus he still has really good base block pro

I had the idea that the energy damage would be like a passive energy damage, so it wouldn't be affected by the block proficiency and would just bypass block.
