srsly kabam?

Is it hard to give one answer on who cheated in the alliance? I mean you guys are protecting people who just made a bunch of peoples hard work mean ****, and you wont give an answer so we can remove them? Like really? Come on now. Ticket after ticket just giving me a round about answer but no actual "yea this guy cheated" just "blah blah generic response blah blah"

Has to do with the privacy policy but I don't see how telling you their game username only would harm their privacy other than them being tagged a cheater but if they cheat then that's kind of what they are and it would be nice to let people know so they can kick them and other know who not to recruit

exactly! but not to kabam, they just give round about answers and close tickets right away. Its dumb. And its not like im trying to reverse their decision, i respect the fact they reduced our rewards, thats fine. I just wanna know who so i can kick them out so we dont get our rewards reduced again.

Protecting privacy of cheaters is DUMB - it's a breach of the ToS and as such they have no recourse as to any contractual breach of their privacy as the agreement is already broken by their actions.
Just be straight with us KABAM highlight to alliance leaders who cheated, they can then be booted form the alliance and no one will take them.... and therefore eliminate the cheating - rather than just brushing it all under the carpet by removing rewards from the other members playing fair
