Iceman Coldsnap bugged

Fought Spidey twice in the most recent UC EQ with my 5/65 Iceman and twice he evaded while under Coldsnap. @Kabam Miike Happened to an alliance mate as well who captured video.

If it was in UC Eq, the opponent wouldn't have had a dex mastery available unless they've created a node to do so.
But if you have a video of it happening while under coldsnap, then they'll ask for it to be posted.
