Alliance War Penalty Issue

This is just amazing. Three tickets requesting why we we're penalized in alliance wars and all three time I get "copy & paste" response. Do you just pick an chose complaints and take action against them? You can't know who runs what account, a gamers IP address is not reliable when you take into account that some just might be using Con's. Besides the whole "We been receiving alot of complaints about alliances crying after getting handled in AS so we are letting everyone know we are WATCHING" You guys have been better at transparency bit when it comes to this particular subject your not and simply penalizing.

You misspelled the word "irrelevant." I don't know why so many people think game companies use IP addresses to track cheating, when they also believe it is not possible to use IP addresses to track cheating.

Irrelevant... there I did it

On the whole IP address... not to argue but yes it is possible to track (another reason it's a pain using VPNs with Netflix & Hulu for example) but thats a whole other subject, all I'm getting at is I'd like to know how one can figure out who is "account sharing" especial when it's not happening.

Contact who has worked with NSA and other entities says you’re mistaken and that it’s child’s play for companies to determine who uses their online services and from the exact device they use to do so. Going with his expertise over yours.

I also sent three tickets stating the same thing and got the company line,all I wanted to know as leader who it was if they didn't ban the person I was going to kick them, I posted their reply on here and got a warning.
