His bleeds need to be permanent and passive and like 100000000 times stronger plus have a regen so strong he can heal for more health then he has so once he reaches 100% he starts building up to 101% 102% 103% etc and it caps put at 999999999999999% oh and he can reach that limit in .000000000001 milliseconds
