What it exactly does in aw!!! Kabam really has proved that they dont play this game at all!! Its only 25% chance to hit sig ability of hawkeye and it heals the opponents!! Why the made it even rare then!! He should have a really good sig ability that willpower cant cover it up!compare to gwenpool, blackpanther and all other bleed champs his hemorrhage got the worst bleed ever. Please do something!!

    idk my hemorrhage does about 80 per tick with my 4/55 HE. That's only sig 40. That's usually plenty to cover any WP

    the bleed is not that bad in my honest opinion, and hes a great power control champ, idk what youre talking about his bleed being the worst lol.

    It works quite fine an usually matches any WP which basically allows his L1 to get full damage

    I am not talking about his powerbleed. I am talking about his signature ability

    His sig ability is only good in questing and aq

    Your also guaranteed the bleed though too which does mega damage, and the power drain.

    I do think though champs like HE and gamora should be able to active their sig numerous times not just once.

    He is still a very hand champ though, but I agree his sig should be activated numerous times
